Acceptable Use Policy

Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs all use of the Vintage Moments AI founding beta service operated by GREENBORN INFOTECH. By submitting photographs or placing an order, you agree to this AUP.

What the Service Provides

Vintage Moments AI applies era-inspired vintage color grading, film grain, vignettes, borders, and album-style treatments to photographs customers already own. The service does not replace identities, swap faces, produce deepfakes, or create impersonations.

Strictly Prohibited Submissions and Uses

The following are strictly prohibited and will result in order refusal and possible account termination:

• Face swapping of any kind
• Deepfakes or synthetic media impersonating real people
• Identity replacement — placing one person's likeness onto another person's body
• Celebrity, politician, influencer, or public-figure impersonation
• Non-consensual use of another person's likeness
• Photographs submitted without ownership or appropriate authorization from every recognizable person
• Creating misleading evidence intended to deceive, defame, or harass
• Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
• Harassment or intimidation of any individual
• Defamation of any individual or organization
• Sexualized or exploitative content of any kind
• Content involving minors without documented parent or legal guardian authorization
• Illegal content under any applicable jurisdiction
• Manipulation of government or official identity documents
• Manipulation of passports, ID cards, licenses, or official records
• Attempts to bypass, circumvent, or undermine safety measures
• Use of the service output to mislead regulators, authorities, or courts

Ownership and Consent Requirements

You must confirm when submitting photographs that:

• You own the photograph or have explicit written permission from the copyright holder.
• You have permission from every recognizable person shown in each submitted photograph.
• For photographs containing minors, you are the parent, legal guardian, or hold documented guardian authorization.

Consequences of Violations

Orders that violate this policy may be refused without fulfillment. In such cases, refunds will be evaluated under the Refund Policy. Serious violations may be reported to relevant authorities.

Updates

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
